hi! at the moment i’m in another country for a semester… i’m trying to not gain weight while i’m here. now i go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week for 1:30 h each time. do you think that it’s enough to stay fit? i eat milk and fruit for breakfast, some vegetables for lunch and a regular dinner (plus some extra fruits and milk as snacks)
